Hello from Down Under

Hello everyone,
As an old retired electrical engineer, coding my F32 435i has presented many stimulating challenges. Guys on this site have been great, and I've learned so much. My coding efforts have been successful using E-Sys on an HP Windows 10 desktop, but it has been a but awkward to set it up physically where I store my car. So I've just been given an old Medion laptop running Windows 10. This should make things easier where I can sit inside the car, with the laptop on my err.. lap, and happily code away.
But I'm finding the installation process much different from that used on my desktop about 4 months ago - so I'll be needing some help.
