ISTA-D 4.39.20 Standalone not connecting

Hi, I have installed ISTA-D 4.39.20 Standalone and tried to connect. My car also appears in the list (i4 m50), but when I click connect, the window closes and nothing else happens. I have a normal ENET connection, which I have also set in the settings. I tried with ignition on/off and diagnostic mode on/off, no difference. Any other software works without problems, like E-Sys, Carly or BimmerCode/BimmerLink. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Errorlog attached.

i have the same problem too with the 4.39.20. 
at first it all worked fine even programming, after the ssd exchange when I reinstaled it, gives me the same problem. it doesn't connect. how could I solve it? on the first install it all worked fine. thanks
