mini nbt2 evo after flash does not work

Hi all,
 i have nbt2 evo 2Gb after was working and after clear v850 with HU engineering and flash it with psdz 18-03 FOR ID6 i got this errors
0xE1C444: MOST: Ring does not wake up
0xB7F8B8: Connection Head Unit to Bluetooth Antenna Base: Line Break
0xB7F8C3: CID does not respond (hardware failure: failure of CID communication)
0xB7F8E5: Telnet / SSH mode active
0xB7F8F7: System: Software manipulation error detected


i have done the programming on bench and tried to close the telnet by tool32.
 
is there any help i can do on this as give no signal.
