ISTA-D 4.39.20 problems

I have downloaded the standalone install of ISTA-D 4.39.20 

From here, but i connect it to my E87 and start the "Complete Vehicle identification" and it says "it will take a moment" and then disapears, nothing more happens.

I did get some message about unable to excecute file 2019_vc_redist.x86.exe during install, could this be the problem?

I installed the Redist files and now i'm one step further.

I get this message:

"The vehicle could not be identified sucsessfully. check vehicle interface and "Pad Active"

Original Icom Next is working, i get this error then i try with Enet cable.

Just use 4.32.15 as 4.39.20 has a lot of errors

What does your EDIABAS.ini look like? Also your OBD.ini
