New memeber here and a very stressed one, recently got a lovely Bimmer and immediately wanted to add apple car play so I jumped on the site and entered my VIN in the purchase area on Bimmer coding , I figured that's what it was there for to keep you from buying the wrong thing , anyway I purchased the 60 bucks option as the USB seemed the easiest option. The code arrived a few hours later (phew) and the excitment grew, I grabbed a USB and my MacBook .... oh dear a lot of messing about with a MacBook so I borrowed my neighbours laptop that had windows. nothing can go wrong now right ....

well turns out the USB option wasn't going to work , I emailed the guys and the shot me one back telling me to purchase the adapter the ENET cable thing, so I did that and waited patientlly for it to arrive , I got the notification while I was away on work that it had arrived so I was eager to get it sorted when I returned. 

so I get home and plug it in only to find that it kept saying " This Code is not valid for the headset" 

I was like no its gotta be I entered my VIN in the purchase section and I even emailed one of the guys at info@easybimmercoding.com about the USB not working and they told me the cable would work, so I tried a few other laptops watched YouTube vidoes etc I did everything and then emailed the guys again. I sent pictures too.

They emailed back a few stressful hours later , a lovely casual " Hello , interesting it seems you didn't read before purchasing. you purchased the wrong product. no worries here's a credit code you can add to get the correct one. they also added a link to the product I needed.

so I'm thinking how did I purchase the wrong product when I entered VIN but im not looking for arguments just want the thing on my car, so I hit the link in the email and it costs like an extra 90 bucks on top of my 60 credit they gave me. I purchase it and run up to my neighbours again finally happy I've the right product this time. he's happy for me he's seen the shit I've been through trying to get it going. 

I load up and download the program ..... THIS CODE IS NOT VALID FOR YOUR HEADSET

I can't belive it , so stressed now just paid an extra 90 and still no joy. I've emailed about 9 times looking for help and I've now requested a refund so hopefully I haven't been scammed cause it sorta feels like it now.
