I'm having trouble adding the digital key to my 2021 BMW G20. When I first bought my Google Pixel 9 Pro, everything worked fine, and I used the digital key without any problems for a year. I had to send the phone in for a warranty replacement of the display, and the service technicians made me reset the phone. After getting the phone back, I tried to add the digital key, but it didn't work this time. I get a "Can't pair" error.
I tried everything...I deleted the car from my profile and app. I reset the digital key in iDrive. I tried a hard reset of the iDrive (held the volume button down for 60 seconds). I deleted my profile from the car.
I tried adding the key from both the application and the link I received in the mail with the digital key activation code. I've run out of ideas. BMW dealer said that  they can't do anything about it, perhaps the phone is not compatible with this function. However, it worked correctly for a year.
Adding the key works without any problem on my wife's Galaxy S23 Ultra. I tried adding the key to her phone and sharing it with me so that I could add it to my phone. However, when I access the received link, I get the same error.
Is there anything else I can try before considering changing my phone?

I’m the proud (and sometimes challenged!) owner of an F11. 535D - X Drive Touring that’s been quite a journey so far — full of ups and downs. I’ve just replaced the engine and added loads of new parts.

Right now, I’m looking to remove any stage tuning installed by the previous owner and return everything to factory settings.
If anyone has advice or tips, I’d love to hear them. Happy to share photos and the full story if you’re interested.

I've decided it was time to deal with the adaptive headlight malfunctions by swapping out waterlogged modules (all four).

Hopefully I can contribute, maybe as I learn about the stereo wiring I can write a guide for where the hell those wires even are!!! haha

hi mates I have a problem using my ÎŜ†Ä the voltage at the top right of the ÎŜ†Ä KL: 15 turned 0.0v every time I turned off the ignition and leave the car for how many minutes. Only happens when it's been off the ignition for a few minutes but when you turn on immediately the voltage is 12.4. I don't know if there is something wrong with my installation but when I use the old ÎŜ†Ä software there is no issue on KL: 15 voltage.

My name is Fix, but I’ve gone by "ak47" online since I was a kid playing CS 1.6 — the name just stuck!
I fell in love with BMWs after buying my first E46 330ci, and ever since then, I’ve been obsessed with them, especially models from the ‘90s and early 2000s. I’m more of a diesel guy by trade — I work as a diesel mechanic — but I’ve always had a soft spot for BMW’s V8 engines too.

So far, I’ve owned four BMWs (I’m 25 now), which might not sound like a lot, but I usually buy them broken and fix them myself. Here’s a quick rundown:

• E46 330ci – Bought as a failed turbo project, I got it back in shape.
  
• E61 545i – Had a faulty gearbox that I rebuilt.
  
• E46 330D (400HP) – Only had it for two weeks. Planned a full engine renovation, but during a “last” drive, the turbo exploded and the car burned down.
  
• Just picked up an E60 545i M-Sport sedan – It has a starting issue I’m currently working on. If you're curious, I’m documenting the process here: BimmerScene Thread
