I have a chassis fault in my 2019 G05, implausible height signal at the back, both rear ride heights are reading at 3375mm in the VDP. As per measures plan, I have attempted to write the correct values into the VDP using ÎŜ†Ä but weirdly only the front vales are being written. I have checked the voltage at the sensors, they are reading between .5 and 5 volts. I have replaced the car battery. I have flashed the EHC and the VDP, no difference. I bought a second hand VDP from G05 and plausible values were in it, however when i went to learn in the correct values the VDP showed the same charecteristics as the original, ie the values for the front were stored but the rear values went to 3375. does anyone have a pointer for me?
thanks

Hey guys I’m having weird electrical problems with me e90 328i. Randomly one day I just started getting a no start I went through all the normal diagnostics and everything checked out (spark timing fuel compression and voltage all good) after a few more days or trial and error I took it to a mechanic who had told me my valvetronic motor was bad. I took it back home replaced the motor it changed nothing then I replaced the sensor and wiring still nothing changed. I decided to dig deeper so I learned about ÏÑÞÀ and how to monitor everything (I’m 16 and new to working on cars in general but especially bmw’s) and quickly learned that my valvetronic was functioning but setting extremely low targets on startup (like 28-35 degrees of lift. Anytime I was able to get it to start it would simply die unless I gave it throttle in which case it would set valvetronic at max lift and then ignore it entirely and this cycle repeated every time I turned the car off. Finally I learned I can set it at max lift and then unplug it to fix the startup problems but this leaves me with error codes and less torque and fuel economy so obviously I want to fix it. Soon after this started I had another issue and this one is intermittent but sometimes after being left off for more than an hour or 2 when I go back in the car all my dash lights turn on and my wipers turn on and it won’t register my foot on the brake so I can’t start and I have to cycle the key a few times in order for it to go away. When it goes away it leaves a bunch of communication related codes in my ecu but doesn’t affect performance afterward
So far I’ve replaced the entire valvetronic if system, run a relearn abc adaptation reset, check my valvetronic relay, and checked my engine and dme grounds as well as my main battery ground.i know that’s not a ton but I’m not sure what else to even do

Hi there,
I'm Fabio from France. I owned a lot of BMW without any breakdown. I actually drive a X6M for which i often use ÎŜ†Ä... A lot of problems on this car !
I now have some knowledge to share about this car and his engine.

| Lane Change Assist deactivated after crossing the border |

Hi bimmers, this is my first post and need community help. If my problem could be solved then the solution will help others for sure.
I'm trying to code LCA to make it working again. It worked fine until I crossed the border to Romania.
I can't figured out why one code in BDC_BODY is missing.
I hope someone can point me to the right direction
The car and options:
X3 30e 2020 region EUR with latest software update from 04.2022
S15A-25-03-550
i-Step 7, I think it's Lite version
Driving Assistant Plus 5AT
Speed Limit Assist
The other "assistances" (lane change warning etc) are working by default
I've tried to code the HU-MGU, BDC_BODY2 and SAS2 using BimmerUtility latest version, mapping 4.53.30 in Expert Mode. I don't have ė-šÝ§ with a launcher.
HU-MGU module:
"Spurwechselassistent" - Changed to Gen_1 -> Lane change assist option appears in Car-Driving Assistance-Driving but it is not selectable. Probably it's missing settings in another ECU
BDC_BODY2 module:
"SPURWECHSEL_ASSISTENT" option is missing and probably this is why LCA doesn't work
SAS Module:
C_SWA_Vorhanden - Changed this to True
C_SWA_Land_Aktiv - Edit Werte and changed to "FF, FF, FF, FF"
8TR in Salapa is disabled by default (at least this is what BimmerUtility shows)
Thanks a lot
